All new clients are required to attend an initial consultation before receiving treatment.

Treatment appointments are subject to availability and suitability as determined by the practitioner.

If you are deemed unsuitable for a treatment, the reasons will be explained during your consultation and alternative options may be suggested.

Consultation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless cancelled within the permitted cancellation period (see Section 5).
4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment outside of the permitted cancellation period.

The remaining balance for treatments is payable on the day of your appointment.

We accept payments by debit or credit card, cash, or other methods specified on our booking system.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. The Axis Clinic operates a cancellation policy, and notice requirements may vary depending on the treatment or practitioner. Details of the current policy, including notice periods and deposit terms, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in a charge or loss of deposit in accordance with the clinic’s cancellation policy.
If the clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted promptly to arrange an alternative date.
6. Medical Suitability

10. Vouchers and Promotions

Gift vouchers and promotional offers are valid only within the dates specified and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
